Privacy Policy

Here at Lamppost we value your privacy. We will not sell or exchange your information for any reason. You will only receive two kinds of emails from us: newsletters you sign up for and request to be delivered to your inbox, and invoice/payment/delivery/pickup/shipping notifications.
 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Here at Lamppost Coffee Roasters, we value quality and integrity. We are a relationship business and we want you to be satisfied with your order.

  • Since coffee is a food product, we cannot accept any returns on coffee. However, if you are not satisfied with your coffee, please reach out to us via our contact page to let us know what the problem is and what you would like to do about it. We want you to be satisfied, so we will respond and reach back. 

  • Our coffee is roasted specifically per your order. We are not able to cancel or refund your order after it has been roasted. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us via our contact page as soon as possible and let's see what we can do to help you. 

  • If you order merchandise, we can exchanges and refund your money for any manufacturer defects or breakage during shipping. Please reach out via our contact page as soon as possible so we can make things right with you.

Shipping & Delivery

Here at Lamppost Coffee Roasters, we want you to enjoy your coffee when it is most fresh. Here are our Delivery & Shipping Guidelines:

  • Local Deliveries to the East Pierce & South King Counties areas ONLY.

  • Shipping outside of these areas is $7 and UP. The price depends on your zip code and distance from Bonney Lake, Washington. We will only use USPS Priority shipping to ensure the quickest delivery of coffee possible at the most reasonable price so you can enjoy your fresh roasted coffee. For coffee shipping only, USPS Priority 1-3 Day Shipping Box will hold one (1) to four (4) pounds of most coffees.

  • All merchandise MUST ship in the the USPS Medium Flat Rate box due to the size and shape of the merchandise for $13. The USPS Medium Flat Rate Box will hold two (2) pieces of merchandise and up to two (2) pounds of coffee or one (1) piece of merchandise and up to three (3) pounds of coffee.
