- We sell primarily WHOLE bean coffee. Coffee loses it's freshness very quickly once it has been ground. We will grind upon request for our local customers ONLY. We encourage you to purchase a coffee grinder so you can enjoy fresh roasted, freshly ground coffee each time you brew.
- We highly recommend purchasing only as much coffee as you an drink in two weeks. After two weeks, coffee begins to significantly loose it's wonderful freshness and flavors.
- Coffee quickly loses freshness and flavors when exposed to light and air. For this reason, we recommend storing your whole bean coffee in an airtight container in a cool dark place...NOT the refrigerator or freezer!
- Our bags are recyclable. Just remove the tin tie and put the coffee bag into the mixed paper recycling.
