This is one of the Coffee Maven's favorite brewing methods, especially for individual cups of coffee. The bottom of the filtercone contains a pressure sensitive stopper allowing for control of extraction time. It uses a paper filter to produce a sediment-free brew and makes clean up easy. This is a full immersion brewing method similar to the French Press, allowing you to control the water temperature, water to coffee ratio, and extraction time. Makes about 12 oz of coffee.
